Axisymmetric model of the sealing cylinder in service: analytical solutions

چکیده

Abstract The stress state analysis of the sealing cylinder is great significance for safe operation system. In this study, we probe a system that can be simplified as an axisymmetric problem. service, rubber around central pipe contacts casing under action axial pressure, and thus function realized. analytical solution at interface derived based on Love strain in configuration. Then, relationship between pressure gap (between casing) presented, contact also given. numerical simulation performed, which agreement with solutions two deformation stages. obtained results current work have been comprehensively compared previous results, to give suggestions engineering selection. These findings are beneficial obtain deep understanding mechanism process, provide some inspirations new types tools mechanical engineering, chemical petroleum etc.
